Crockett & Jones is committed to the quality of our footwear; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your footwear is in pristine, unworn condition with all original packaging, including shoe bags and boxes, intact.

  Complete the Return Form included in your original shipment, specifying whether you require a size exchange or a full refund.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items and form back into the shipping carton, ensuring the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Shipping and Tracking

  Dispatch the parcel using a tracked courier service to our returns department and retain your proof of postage until the refund is processed.
